Lost Desires Shipping Policy

We ship both within Australia and internationally.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 7 days of purchase.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Shipping updates and delays will be posted on our official Instagram page.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the location. Some orders may qualify for free shipping, while others may incur a charge at checkout.

5. Tracking

All orders include tracking. Customers will receive tracking updates via the contact method used during checkout (email or SMS).

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Lost Desires is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. We do not offer replacements or refunds for lost items. However, customers can contact us at support@lostdesires.co and we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis.

7. Preorders

We do not currently offer preorder items.

8. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Lost Desires is not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
